Under 3500 sq ft - $340.00
Under 4000 sq ft - $360.00
Under 4500 sq ft - $380.00
Under 5000 sq ft - $400.00
Under 5500 sq ft - $430.00
Under 6000 sq ft - $460.00
Some mileage fees may apply outside the area

Additional mechanicals: $50.00 each.

Mechanical inspection $125.00 (heating, cooling, electrical, water heater).

Final Walk Through inspections starting at $50.00.

Commercial inspections: Quoted on individual basis.

New construction inspections 2-4 phase quoted on individual basis.

A la Carte: Quoted on individual basis you decide what needs inspected.
